How to cancel your membership

Before submitting your request, please try the following

  1. Open the Moove app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap the gear icon on menu in the top-right corner.
  4. Select Manage Membership.
  5. Select Cancel Membership.
  6. Follow the prompts and submit your cancellation request.
