How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, visit the Moove Motion Fitness Club's main webpage and click on Cancel/Freeze. Then, log in to the iTensity app, select "Cancel," and follow the steps to complete the process, including paying the cancellation fee.
Please note the following Terms & Conditions as outlined in your Membership Agreement:
- The initial period of your membership is the minimum duration between the Start Date and the End Date. After this period, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless stated otherwise or formally cancelled in writing.
- If you cancel before the end of the initial period, a reasonable cancellation fee, as per the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2009 (CPA), will be applied. This fee is calculated as 50% of the initial monthly membership fee multiplied by the number of remaining months. Any admin fees paid will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for any outstanding membership fees.
- Cancellation by Member Only: Membership cancellations can only be initiated and completed by the member themselves. Staff members are not authorized to process or complete any membership cancellations.
- Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be completed exclusively through our official app. The process cannot be carried out via any other means or by any other person.
- Cancellation Fees: The cancellation fee must be paid when you initiate the cancellation online via the app. If a cancellation fee is applicable, the membership will only be cancelled upon successful payment of the fee
- Incomplete Cancellations: If the required cancellation fee is not paid, the cancellation request will not be processed, and the membership will continue under the existing terms and conditions.
