How do I freeze my membership?

To freeze your membership, visit the Moove Motion Fitness Club's main webpage and click on Cancel/FreezeThen, log in to the iTensity app, select the "Freeze" option, and choose your desired freeze period. Please note that a monthly fee will be charged during the freeze period. The minimum freeze period is 3 months and maximum freeze period is 11 months, with a required 30 days' notice. 

  • Freeze by Member Only: Membership freeze can only be initiated and completed by the member themselves. Staff members are not authorized to process or complete any membership freezers. 
  • Freeze Process: Freeze must be completed exclusively through our official app. The process cannot be carried out via any other means or by any other person. 
  • Freeze Fees: The Freeze fee varies from club to club and is charged every month during the freeze period. The freeze fee amount will be indicated on application of freezing the membership. 
  • Incomplete Freeze: If the required freeze process is not completed the membership will continue as per normal.
